Summit Cove Condominium Association Inc.
Summit Cove, an 84 unit condominium complex located in Micco, FL, was founded in 1978 by Marcel Longpre. Born in St. Adele, north of Montreal, his dream was to create a St. Adele South, in Florida. He made his choice in Micco, with a beautiful view of the Indian River. Mr. Longpre realized his dream and lived many years at unit B6. Mr. Longpre passed away on June 17, 1998 in Montreal.
Since that time, Summit Cove has become home to many permanent retirees as well as a winter hideaway to many from the northern United States and Canada.

President - Gail Daberko
Gail has been on the board for seven years and this is the sixth year as President. She, and her husband Clark, are retired and now live year round in Sebastian. They own four units in The Cove that they rent. The last seven years on the Board have taught her so much. She has gone to multiple training sessions and continue to keep up to date with the current statutes and Florida laws. Before Gail retired, she was an elementary school teacher and a staff developer at JCPS, where she worked with teachers to improve their work with students. Gail has past experience as a Board Member at Brownsboro Farm, her HOA back home, for the Louisville Swim Association and on various committees at her school. Her goal as President of Summit Cove is to continue to improve the property values in The Cove as well as making it the best it can be.
Vice President- Lisa Hubert
Lisa is serving her second term on the board. She and her husband purchased their unit G-7 in 2010 and has purchased G8 and G9 since then. She loves living at Summit Cove. She has two daughters and no pets. She is a semi-retired accountant and was elected Vice-Mayor in the town old Davie in Broward County Florida. She was a foster parent and gardian at litem where she worked with the court system.
Director - Connie Loftes
I was born and raised in the great state of Rhode Island. After graduation I worked at the University of Rhode Island in the payroll office until I had my children.
I have been blessed with 2 sons and 3 terrific grandchildren. Owned and operated a gift store in R.I. for 20 years, which was located in a commercial condo where I served on the board of directors. I retired 14 years ago so I could spend more time in Florida. I have owned my condo in Summit Cove for 20+ years and have been a Florida resident for approximately 7 years...I am happy to see all the positive changes over the last few years and that is the reason I have agreed to serve on the board of directors.
Director - Mary McGlaughlin
Mary and her husband, Bob, purchased their condo in 2003. They had traveled the State for
several years, looking for just the "right place". They enjoyed being snowbirds for many years.
But in 2017 they decided to move from St Louis to their "other" home. Mary's past life includes
being an Administrative Assistant with the Illinois Department of Mental Health for twenty years
and a licensed real estate agent in the State of Missouri. Her most favorite things are traveling

Secretary - Judy Murray
Judy purchased her condo in Summit Cove in 2013. She is married to Paul (Mickey) Murray. Judy retired from William M. Larned & Son, Inc., a mining and trucking company based in Schenectady, New York after 26 years as Administrative Assistant and Accounts Payable Manager. Judy and Mickey have a blended family of 5 children and 8 grandchildren. They are owners of Jake, a 3 year old Chug (Chihuahua/Pug mix). Judy and Mickey camp in the beautiful Adirondacks of New York in the summer.
Keystone Property Management- Will Lee
We are so lucky to be working with Keystone Property Management . Will Lee the owner of Keystone and Henry Richer is the CAM assigned to Summit Cove. Keystone has been a great group to work with. We have so many resources available to us that weren't possible when we just had and office manager. Will and all the other Keystone representatives are always current on the state statutes and laws so that we can make educated decisions. Their accounting department sends the directors very detailed reports each month so that we can make decisions using up-to-date information. Will reviews our community on a regular basis and sends letters to those homeowners who are in violation of our documents. Keystone will be inforcing our collection policy which has been effective in bringing in past due fees. All payments are made with a coupon book sent to each home owner with their own account number. All assessment fees are to be paid with the monthly coupon mailed to Center State Bank.
